Returns & Exchange
We wish your shopping experience with us always satisfies you. We will try our best to help you all out should you have any issues with your purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
In 99% of the cases, we get packing and dispatch straight away when we get an order. If your order has not been packed yet, you can cancel the order. We will issue a full refund minus the payment processing fee (6% for Afterpay and 5% for all other payment methods). If your order has already been packed, you cannot cancel it, yet you can return your items instead.
CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will offer a refund provided that:
- Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
- You have proof of purchase; and
- Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return. It includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place (irrespective of any free shipping offer applied at the time of purchase) and the cost of shipping back to us. Your refund total will equal the transaction amount less the initial shipping cost and any payment gateway fees.
You must lodge a return request via the 'My Account' page. Alternatively, you can email us with your name and order number. Our customer care team will arrange the return for you.
Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. You must not have used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. You are welcome to reuse the box we sent you.
Please note that some products are excluded from our change of mind and return/exchange policy.
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a refund equal to the price you paid for the product, less the initial shipping cost and any payment gateway fees. Refund will be in the form of the original payment method you used.
PRODUCT EXCLUSION LIST
The following products have no returns policy unless the seal is intact or the item is faulty, significantly different from what was advertised, not doing what it was supposed to, or where otherwise required by law: Perfumes, Skincare, Makeup, Towels, Jewellery, Handbags, Watches, Manicure Sets, Foot Spas, Pillows, Perishable Foods, Hampers, Hair Brushes, Pierced Earrings, Pens and children's soft toys, Made to order or personalised items.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM
We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery.
We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will look after you.
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use following manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
